Conceding the toss was not such a big loss, as the elves of Bourne Deeping started the game not sleeping. Passing the ball well and enjoying possession, the visiting side was making an impression. The Dragons continued to probe and to press, but the home side were determined to keep the game a success. The home team were chirpy and some tackles were dirty, Ben slack saw yellow as did a Havering fellow. The game continued after the cards were issued, with Havering on the attack causing trouble at the back. A short was awarded and the home crowed applauded, as the shot was deflected to leave the dragons dejected. 3-1. Two goals adrift the Dragons were miffed, with the Bourne Deeping elite continuing to compete. It was not to be as the home team extended to three, taking their goals to four with the Dragon keeper on the floor.
