2 Points Dropped

On a beautiful afternoon the 4s went out to stop the 2 game losing streak and succeeded but were still left disappointed . On the attack from the start only the visitors keeper stopped the Dragons taking the lead. The home side thought they had taken the lead only for the umpire to deem the short had not left the D. strong build up play continued but a finish could not be applied until the flying winger Moisey played a couple of passes and carried on to smash a volley past the helpless nettie. More goals should of come but poor finishing and smart saves ensued . then on a rare foray Cambs City got a short and with Langley still snoozing got their equalizer. 1-1 Half time .
a little tweak to the back line freed Barden and got Stedman back into the defence and again the Dragons dominated with the ever keen wray looking certain to score the keeper made a save that wray would of liked himself! finally the pressure told and Mann scored from an impossible angle. Now to end this game but the 3rd never came instead another equalizer .
