On Saturday BDHC welcomed the H4H squad to AMVC for a day of hockey coaching and team building activities with our junior players. Great to see so many youngsters down there and getting so much fun and enjoyment out of the sessions (hope the camo paint washed off eventually!)

The juniors session was then followed by an exhibition match with H4H vs a BDHC mixed team. The H4H team contained a number of international / national league players and a thrilling match saw H4H take a 3-0 lead into half time. BDHC pegged them back but in the final moments H4H grabbed the winner to make it 4-3.

A great day exemplifying what is so special about the "Hockey Family" we are all part of, and lots of money raised for a really good cause too. Thanks to all the H4H team for coming down, giving up their time and their coaching, and to all those involved in the organising and running of the day.
